Der lichtdurchflutete Besprechungsraum „Telemann“ befindet sich in der 4. Etage unseres Business Centers – direkt am Michel, mitten in Hamburg. Auf 80 m² bietet der barrierefreie Raum Platz für bis zu 40 Personen und eignet sich ideal für Meetings, Workshops, Tagungen oder kreative Events im MICE-Bereich. Große Fenster sorgen für eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre, die Möblierung ist flexibel und bereits vollständig vorhanden. WC und Küche befinden sich auf derselben Etage.
Der Raum ist modern ausgestattet: WLAN, Beamer, Fernseher, Mikrofone, Flipchart, mobile Whiteboards, eine hochwertige Soundanlage sowie Klimaanlage und Luftfilterung stehen bereit. Druck- und Kopiermöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls verfügbar.
Unser Team unterstützt Sie gern bei der Organisation – von Snacks, Getränken und Kaffeespezialitäten bis hin zu individuellem Catering.
Die Lage überzeugt: In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich Reeperbahn, Landungsbrücken, HafenCity, Alster und zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants – ideal für Pausen oder After-Work.
Anfahrt: U-Bahn (U3 Rödingsmarkt, St. Pauli), S-Bahn (S1–S3 Stadthausbrücke), Buslinien 6, 16, 17, 37. Parkhäuser befinden sich in direkter Umgebung, begrenzte Tiefgaragenplätze auf Anfrage. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden.

Initial Cancellations:
The first three cancellations per year (p.a.) made by the guest will be accepted without any charges or fees.
Subsequent Cancellations:
Starting from the fourth cancellation per year, a service fee of €5 will be charged to the booking party (guest), regardless of the notice period given.
Cancellations up to 2 Hours Prior:
Cancellation of the premises booked by the guest is possible without incurring any charges up to 2 hours before the planned utilization (opening time of the premises or specifically booked start time) for bookings with a duration of up to 24 hours. This applies provided it is the first, second, or third cancellation per year.
Cancellations within 2 Hours:
If a cancellation is made by the guest within 2 hours before the planned utilization, regardless of whether it is the first or a subsequent cancellation, the full agreed remuneration is payable as a cancellation fee, in addition to the platform fee of €5 and a 15% service fee starting from the fourth cancellation per year.
It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
