Booking a room with ESPATU is easy! Visit our website, search for your desired room, select your preferred dates and follow the booking steps. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.
3. What types of spaces can I find on ESPATU?
On ESPATU you will find a wide range of spaces, including workspaces, creative studios, event venues, retreats and much more.
4. How can I become a host on ESPATU?
If you own a unique space and would like to rent it out, you can become a host at ESPATU. Visit our ‘Become a host’ page, fill in your profile and upload your space. Done :-)
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept credit and direct debit. All payments are made securely via our platform.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before you book.
7. Are the spaces on ESPATU accessible for people with disabilities?
Many of the spaces are accessible, but this may vary depending on the specific space. Please check the space description and amenities or contact the host directly to make sure the space meets your requirements. (We are currently working on the in-platform messaging system.
