ESPATU – the name combines the French words "espace" (space) and "partout" (everywhere) and represents exactly what we aim to achieve: accessible workspaces everywhere. The idea for ESPATU emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic, when our founders, Markus and Klaus, realized that home office wasn’t always the ideal solution. High costs and limited availability in urban coworking spaces, along with a lack of affordable alternatives in rural areas, led them to create a solution.
Our vision goes far beyond providing traditional office spaces. ESPATU makes it possible to find not only classic office spaces but also private or commercial workspaces, as well as spaces for creative projects and hobbies – in every region. Making rural areas more attractive for work is especially important to us, and we support private room offerings by making existing workspaces visible and accessible. With ESPATU, you can explore rural regions that offer optimal working conditions while escaping the hustle and bustle of the city.
Another core concern for ESPATU is sustainability. By transparently showcasing available spaces and facilitating efficient allocation, we promote resource-efficient use of workspaces.
