Der Besprechungsraum „Schellbach“ befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Business Centers direkt neben dem Michel – im Herzen Hamburgs. Mit 50 m² Fläche ist die barrierefreie Location ideal für kleinere Meetings, Workshops oder Schulungen mit bis zu 20 Personen. Die Raumgestaltung ist flexibel, die vorhandenen Möbel können individuell genutzt und arrangiert werden. WC und Küche stehen auf derselben Etage zur Verfügung.
Die großen Fenster sorgen für eine helle, angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre. Technisch ist der Raum bestens ausgestattet: WLAN, Fernseher, Mikrofone, Flipchart, mobile Whiteboards, moderne Soundanlage, Klimaanlage mit Luftfilterung, Druck- und Kopiermöglichkeiten und weitere Konferenztechnik.
Unser Team unterstützt Sie gern bei der Organisation – von Snacks, Getränken und Kaffeespezialitäten bis hin zu individuellem Catering.
Die Lage überzeugt: In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich Reeperbahn, Landungsbrücken, HafenCity, Alster und zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants – ideal für Pausen oder After-Work.
Anfahrt: U-Bahn (U3 Rödingsmarkt, St. Pauli), S-Bahn (S1–S3 Stadthausbrücke), Buslinien 6, 16, 17, 37. Parkhäuser befinden sich in direkter Umgebung, begrenzte Tiefgaragenplätze auf Anfrage. Fahrräder können sicher abgestellt werden.

Initial Cancellations:
The first three cancellations per year (p.a.) made by the guest will be accepted without any charges or fees.
Subsequent Cancellations:
Starting from the fourth cancellation per year, a service fee of €5 will be charged to the booking party (guest), regardless of the notice period given.
Cancellations up to 2 Hours Prior:
Cancellation of the premises booked by the guest is possible without incurring any charges up to 2 hours before the planned utilization (opening time of the premises or specifically booked start time) for bookings with a duration of up to 24 hours. This applies provided it is the first, second, or third cancellation per year.
Cancellations within 2 Hours:
If a cancellation is made by the guest within 2 hours before the planned utilization, regardless of whether it is the first or a subsequent cancellation, the full agreed remuneration is payable as a cancellation fee, in addition to the platform fee of €5 and a 15% service fee starting from the fourth cancellation per year.
It may take up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
